About Olena

A psychologist
who became a coach
because talking isn't enough.

Understanding your patterns is only half the work. The other half is changing them — and that's where most therapy stops and coaching begins.

I earned my Master's degree in psychology studying how people make decisions under pressure, how relationships form and break, and what actually drives behaviour change. But I kept noticing the same thing in practice: people could explain exactly why they were stuck. They just couldn't get unstuck.

That gap — between knowing and doing, between understanding and changing — is where I work. Over the years I've trained in two approaches that I find particularly powerful for this: Gestalt and IFS. Gestalt helps people become aware of what's happening in the present moment — the patterns, the avoidances, the things we do automatically without noticing. IFS (Internal Family Systems) works with the different "parts" of us that pull in opposite directions — the part that wants to change, and the part that's terrified to. Together, they make the invisible visible.

My clients tend to be intelligent, self-aware, and still spinning in circles. They've often already tried reading the books, talking to friends, maybe even therapy. What they need isn't more information — it's someone who can help them see the one thing they're not seeing and figure out what to do about it.

I work in English, Russian and Ukrainian, with clients across tech, finance, creative industries, and anyone else who takes their inner life seriously. Sessions are online, one-to-one, and built entirely around your situation — not a framework someone else designed.
